Stage 2 (290-320bhp)
Injectors In order to
achieve stage 2 power from your SR20DET engine, you will need to replace the standard S14 370cc
injectors as these will be running at 100% duty when at stage 1 power. I recommend buying
Nismo 555cc or 740cc S14 injectors as they are a direct hassle free fitment.
Choosing the size of injectors to go for depends on how much power you
are planning on running in the future as the 740’s will flow more fuel
than the 555’s.
Remap You will need to get your Power FC remapped again in your S14 in conjunction with increasing the boost pressure until you have reached the limit of the air flow meter and turbo.
This will gain you a lot of extra torque along with increased engine power from your 200SX.
Stainless Steel Manifold At this level of 200SX tuning it would be
beneficial to replace the standard ceramic manifold for a stainless
steel tubular one which will maximise exhaust gas flow and increase
torque throughout the rev range. It will probably aid turbo spool too
making your S14's power band more useable.
